What are the physical signs of magnesium deficiency?

Common signs and symptoms of magnesium deficiency include leg cramps, migraines, and fatigue. Other signs including arrhythmias, loss of appetite, depression, muscle contractions, and coronary spasm may also be seen in patients with low magnesium levels.
